Abstract: Abstract As we increasingly rely on AI systems to drive innovation and efficiency, the risk of privacy breaches has become a ticking time bomb. With the ability to collect, analyze, and predict human behavior, AI systems pose a significant threat to individual privacy. The question is no longer if, but when the next major data breach will occur. As Marlon Brando aptly put it, "Privacy is not something we are merely entitled to, it's an absolute prerequisite." This chapter explores the critical need for robust AI privacy governance, providing a framework for organizations to safeguard sensitive information while leveraging AI technologies.
