Chapter Chapter 2 in Effective Remote Teams, 2025, pp 9-24 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Let’s make something clear before we start: no one sets out to run a remote team poorly. Communication and collaboration that can be effortless for in-person teams are a struggle when working remotely due to distance and differing schedules.
