Chapter Chapter 3 in Effective Remote Teams, 2025, pp 25-38 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract When a team is in sync, sprints fly by without issue, and projects are completed on time. Development becomes almost routine, and successful outcomes are expected. An effective remote team operates in a way that is the antithesis of the chaos described in the previous chapter. Like a well-oiled machine, it’s what every team aspires to. But what are the aspects of an effective remote team that make it operate as smoothly as it does?
