Abstract:
Abstract Mister Bob is the Hospital Administrator of a vital hospital in southern Italy. In the last year, he has registered a growing level of absenteeism and primarily voluntary turnover of the nurses who work in the hospital he manages. Nurses’ voluntary turnover is a worrying global phenomenon that affects service quality. Retaining nursing staff within hospitals is an essential factor in reducing the negative influence of voluntary turnover on quality care and organization expenses.
