Abstract: Abstract This chapter briefly reviews the technical topics of the book. But using analytics techniques and using them throughout a career requires more than just skill in the individual techniques—and spreadsheets, so we consider the skill of selecting which techniques to use. Note, this book introduces the techniques, but there is much more beyond what we have covered.
