Chapter 26 in Realizing Organizational Effectiveness, 2024, pp 91-94 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract The importance of both motivating and empowering employees should be obvious when one considers the reality that the work of every organization is performed as individuals enact their respective roles and responsibilities, often working in groups or teams, on behalf of the organization. Understanding the relationship that exists between motivation, individual behavior, job performance, and job satisfaction is an important starting point in considering the essential roles that motivation and empowerment play in determining the success of any organization.
