Chapter 31 in Realizing Organizational Effectiveness, 2024, pp 105-107 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract The success of any organization is significantly influenced by the decisions that organizational members make on behalf of the organization. These decisions must be made at all levels of an organization, including at the operational, tactical, and strategic levels. While it is common to refer to the decisions that an organization has made or will face in the future, the reality is that each and every decision within an organization is made by individuals and/or groups on behalf of and ideally in the best interest of their organization.
