Chapter 37 in Realizing Organizational Effectiveness, 2024, pp 121-123 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract A crucial element of any organization’s success, and sometimes survival, is its ability to not only attract but also retain the cast of highly qualified team members whose talents and commitment make realizing its mission and ultimately its future vision possible and attainable. Without these essential employees both present and future success of an organization can be undermined, particularly as organizations face the significant challenges of the contemporary task and general environments in which they operate.
