Chapter 47 in Realizing Organizational Effectiveness, 2024, pp 153-154 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract While the task and general environments in which an organization exists and operates have always evolved over time, the nature and timing of many environmental developments and their resulting impact on organizations has changed in recent years. Contemporary organizations and those who lead them thus face many new challenges that their predecessors did not have to deal with, and some cases would not have even imagined.
