Abstract: Abstract This is the final chapter of the book. In this chapter, 11 useful international operations management tools are introduced. These tools include the issue tree, gap analysis, service quality model, Porter’s five forces model, value chain analysis, the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) model, rapid plant assessment, inventory positioning, inventory turn, bottleneck analysis, and the balanced scorecard. The chapter provides a comprehensive overview of how these tools can enhance decision-making and operational efficiency in international operations management.
