Chapter Chapter 11 in Behind a Veil of Ignorance?, 2015, pp 187-202 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract In this chapter, we suggest an empirical analysis of the power distribution outlined in the current Swiss constitution. We furthermore concentrate on the historical evolution of the constitutional text. We compare three points in time: the original Federal constitution of 1874, its complete revision in 1999, and finally the text in force in 2011.
