Chapter Chapter 5 in The Postal and Delivery Contribution in Hard Times, 2023, pp 69-84 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract The General Court issued its first two judgements on the application of the SGEI Framework in the postal sector in the Ceská Pošta and Post Danmark cases. This article reviews both the legal assessment and the economic analysis of the Court in the two judgments and looks at the implications for State aid assessment of USO (and/or other postal SGEIs) financing in the future.
