Abstract:
This paper is devoted to analysis of organizational culture diagnosis methods for corporate training performance assessment. The "social-psychological criteria" concept for corporate training performance assessment is introduced. The results of corporate training impact empirical research using OCAI method (Oculocutaneous Albinism) are analyzed; experimental data of organizational culture research of high and low performed company divisions before and after training is given; and opportunities for organizational culture diagnosis data for personnel training performance assessment application are demonstrated.
