Abstract: The paper presents results of the exploration stage of research project "Corporate entrepreneurship in Russian companies". It contains analysis of core research problems connected with entrepreneurship phenomenon within established firms. Literature review is combined with formulation of preliminary research hypothesis for further discussion. Empirical part of the paper includes results of Entrepreneurial Health Audit, conducted in St. Petersburg companies Digital Design and Lyubimy kray, where research methodology was tested.
