Abstract:
This work is dedicated to the analysis of newly created companies' characteristics which can define success or failure of their performance. The review of new ventures specific features and the problems they are facing is given. Based on the empirical results of the new Russian ventures investigation some determinants of the new ventures performance were identified. These determinants can become the basis for the creation of the new venture performance model in Russia.
