The Effects of Morality and Positivity on Social Entrepreneurial Intention

Abstract: This study investigated the dynamics of morality, positivity, and social entrepreneurial intention (SEI) of individuals. The ‘inconsistent mediation’ effects of morality and positivity were observed in relationship with SEI. The findings indicate that positive psychological capital (PsyCap) positively mediated the relationship between morality-as-cooperation (MAC) and SEI, β = .391, SE = .103, p
