Abstract:
The tourism industry is placing growing emphasis on the significance of managing and seeking tourist services through information systems. Although scholarly research in these fields has increased, the literature has not been thoroughly examined. This study utilizes the PRISMA methodology to examine pertinent literature and ascertain the influential factors. This article examines 50 hospitality and tourism articles located on the SCOPUS database. A conceptual model is derived from the literature research, which focuses on the management and information seeking behaviors within the tourism industry. The study identifies research gaps and offers implications that contribute to the body of extant knowledge.
