Abstract:
This article describes a two-port multiple input multiple output (MIMO) antenna in the Industrial, Scientific, and Medical (ISM) band for Internet of Things (IoT) applications. The antenna has two identical meander line resonating antenna elements, a parasitic element and a capacitive load. It offers a bandwidth of 2.29-2.49 GHz (8.337%) and is designed on a 0.328λ x 0.0384λ mm2 size of FR4 substrate. A T-shaped decoupling structure provides high isolation (≤ -15 dB) between two elements. The diversity parameters like envelope correlation coefficient (
