Abstract:
This study aims to investigate how entrepreneurial leadership may enhance organisational sustainability, as well as how knowledge management processes might act as a mediator of this impact. A quantitative methodology has been used to achieve this study’s aims. The study employs data gathered from 314 hotel employees in Jordan’s hospitality sector using a self-administered questionnaire. The current study develops the conceptual framework by combining the resource-based view (RBV) theory with the knowledge-based view (KBV) theory. Furthermore, the research employed Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) as a statistical technique to examine and evaluate the proposed hypotheses. This study found evidence indicating that entrepreneurial leadership has a significant positive effect on organisational sustainability, both directly and indirectly, via the mediating role of knowledge management processes; therefore, it contributes to theory and practice in the field.
