Abstract: Job satisfaction plays an essential role in determining organizational climate and employee performance within an organization. Given that people spend a significant part of their lives at work it is essential that satisfaction levels are high in order for them to perform. Thus, in this paper we set out to explore the complex relationship between job satisfaction and productivity with the aim of highlighting how employee satisfaction impacts employee performance at the organisational level. The study sample consisted of 20 women and 16 men between the ages of 20 and 65.
