Abstract: The work at hand is a research study that aims to investigate the factors that influence employees' motivation and performance at work as well as in their home lives. The research is divided into two chapters. The first section of the work explains concepts related to motivation and performance at work, while the second section is devoted to methodology and an explanation of the obtained results. The ultimate output of the work will consist of conclusions and recommendations based on the obtained data. The aim of the work is to compare employee motivation and performance, starting with the hypothesis that there should be a correlation between the two.We hope that this research will provide a comprehensive understanding of employee motivation, performance, and the impact that these factors have on their personal lives. In order to further explore this idea, research on the other hand hopes to contribute to the creation of new employee welfare strategies and possibly even enhance workplace performance.
