Abstract: This article analyzes the development of a family business, its role in economic development, especially thestructure of capital and business management. The advantages and disadvantages of the family model of corporategovernance are identified.Conclusions, scientific proposals and practical recommendations aimed at the effective use of the advantages of developinga family business and family model and corporate governance have also been developed.
