Exploring the Role of Effective Management Practices in Achieving a Sustainable Green Economy

Abstract: the article highlights that in recent years the concept of sustainability has gained a lot of attention in variousfields such as economics, business and environmental studies. This study aims to explore the role of effective managementpractices in achieving a sustainable green economy. The transition to a sustainable green economy requires theintroduction of management practices that effectively address environmental issues while promoting economic growth.Despite the existing literature on sustainable management practices, there is a significant gap in understanding the specificrole of these practices in achieving broader economic sustainability. To fill this gap, this study used mixed methodscombining quantitative analysis and qualitative research. Surveys were conducted among various enterprises and indepthinterviews were conducted with industry experts. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the existingbody of knowledge on sustainable management practices by providing insight into the relationship between effectivemanagement practices and achieving a sustainable green economy. By examining the relationship between governancepractices, environmental sustainability and economic performance, this study aims to provide practical recommendationsfor policy makers, organizations and managers seeking to develop a sustainable green economy.
