Abstract: This article analyzed the theory of using intellectual systems that manage quality assurance in higher educationinstitutions, and studied its scientific and practical results. The article covered a review of scientific theoretical views, ananalysis of the literature on intelligent systems and LMS. The intellectual systems used in the higher education systemof Uzbekistan were studied and analyzed. The design and implementation of the intelligent educational managementsystem was analyzed using Fuzzy Clustering algorithm models.
