Sociological Assessment of Migration Processes

Abstract: This article presents a sociological assessment of migration processes in the labor market, particularly focusingon the results of a survey conducted through interviews with both internal and external migrants. The findings highlightthe factors influencing individuals to migrate beyond their living spaces, the social conditions of those engaged in workas migrants, the challenges faced by migrants, including social and legal protections, and other identified shortcomings.Scientifically grounded proposals and recommendations for resolving these issues and improving their situation havebeen developed.
