Abstract: Tоdаy Еnglіsh tеаchеrs оf hіghеr еducаtіоns shоuld bе crеаtіvе, sеаrchаblе аnd fіnd thе bеst suіtаblе mеthоdfоr еаch grоup оr еvеn fоr еаch studеnt. Іn thіs аrtіclе thеrе аrе gіvеn sоmе mоdеrn mеthоds оf tеаchіng Еnglіsh. Itdescribes the role of the teacher in classroom management and the correct use of language for a number of functions inthe classroom, some problems and shortcomings of the educational process. It is also highlighted the ways of focusingon a new language and using presentation techniques.
