Abstract: This article analyzes the regulatory sandbox mechanism under environmental regulation and its application. Thepaper proposes a regulatory sandbox design concept aimed at facilitating the development of regulatory technology innovation.It examines the development of regulatory sandboxes and international experiences, presenting new approachesto resolving the conflicts between regulation and financial technologies.
