Importance-performance analysis as a useful tool for marketing audit processes of HEIs in Uzbekistan

Abstract:
Profound reforms are being carried out in the Republic of Uzbekistan in all areas, and great attention is beinggiven to upgrading all stages of education. This article highlights the results of research on reform processes in highereducation. The article analyzes the results of a questionnaire survey of employers and graduates of the NamanganInstitute of Engineering and Technology. The EntreComp framework and the importance-performance analysis method ofMartilla and James were used to conduct the survey and analyze the results. The preliminary results of an audit carriedout in the Namangan region under the international project “TRIGGER” of the Erasmus Plus program of the EU aresummarized.
