Abstract: The article describes the theoretical and methodological foundations for forecasting macroeconomic indicatorsbased on the rules of the system of national accounts, the features of calculating gross domestic product, its improvementand forecasting, and highlights scientific proposals and recommendations for the development of econometric forecastingmodels and methodology for macroeconomic indicators.
