Abstract: The study explores the fundamentals of improving the neighborhood system of economic activity, focusing onlocal development strategies, governance models, and the role of social capital. By analyzing case studies and empiricaldata, the research highlights key factors influencing economic sustainability at the neighborhood level. The findingssuggest that enhancing management efficiency and fostering community-based economic policies can significantlycontribute to the long-term viability of local economies.
