Abstract:
The hotel industry, a significant contributor to global tourism revenue, has shown steady growth, with Uzbekistanexperiencing rapid development in its hotel sector, particularly in Tashkent, Samarkand, and Bukhara. This article discussesthe global trends in sustainable tourism and the integration of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices,highlighting their alignment with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Gives recommendations toimplement ESG strategy in Uzbekistan.
