Abstract: The prospects for improving the efficiency of human capital in Uzbekistan lie in the economic development ofentrepreneurship and the social modernization of education. These factors are essential for building a prosperous societycentered on human dignity and well-being. Enhancing human capital is seen as a strategic priority that contributes tonational development, innovation, and long-term sustainability.
