Abstract:
This article examines the role of tourist product diversification in sustainable tourism development. Dependenceon traditional tourism forms can often lead to environmental degradation, seasonality, and social challenges. Developingdiverse and locally tailored tourism products helps manage visitor flows, enhance economic resilience, and preservecultural heritage. Based on policy document analysis and interviews across three regions, this paper evaluates theeconomic, environmental, and social impacts of diversification. The findings confirm that diversification is a vital componentof sustainable tourism strategies.
