Abstract:
This article examines the most pressing task facing customs authorities: transforming them into a corruptionfree,transparent, and entrepreneurship-friendly system. The results of economic and legal reforms being implemented inour country to improve customs management in transforming customs authorities into a corruption-free sector, the resultsof scientific research by scientists who have extensively studied corruption in customs authorities and its causes, thecauses and methods of corruption in customs authorities, and scientific and practical proposals and recommendations fortransforming the customs sector into a corruption-free system are discussed
