Abstract: The article covers the financial mechanism for ensuring the inertia of enterprises. The essential aspects ofthe financial mechanism for regulating the inertia of stable development of enterprises are considered, the author'sapproaches to disclosing the meaning of "inertia", the stability of development of enterprises are given, in addition,a number of proposals and recommendations are given for improving the mechanism of influence on the inertia ofdevelopment of enterprises
