Integration of digital twin and BIM technologies in construction enterprises in Uzbekistan: prospects and challenges

Abstract: This article explores the integration of Digital Twin and Building Information Modeling (BIM) technologies inUzbekistan’s construction sector. The study analyzes the potential of these digital innovations to enhance the efficiency,transparency, and sustainability of construction processes. Key focus areas include reducing project costs, improvingtime management, and facilitating data-driven decision-making. Despite the benefits, the article also highlights severalchallenges, including the need for skilled personnel, investment in digital infrastructure, and the adaptation of regulatoryframeworks. The paper concludes by presenting strategic recommendations for successful implementation and wideradoption of these technologies in Uzbekistan's construction enterprises
