Through literature review and validation, the classification of quality characteristics is refinedto ensure coherence and applicability. By elucidatingthe quality characteristics associated with assessing entrepreneurial capacity, this study aims to inform the developmentof tools, interventions, and strategies aimed at identifying and nurturing entrepreneurial talent
