Abstract:
This article examines the relationship between employee engagement and work efficiency among academic staffin higher education institutions. The study analyzes the influence of key factors such as motivation, organizational climate,leadership style, and institutional culture on faculty performance. The findings indicate that higher levels of employeeengagement are significantly associated with improved quality of teaching and methodological activities, greater researchproductivity, and enhanced overall institutional outcomes. The study underscores the importance of fostering a supportivework environment to sustain long-term academic excellence
