Abstract:
This article presents a comprehensive analysis of sustainable women's employment within the context ofeconomic growth. It examines women's participation in the labor market, the opportunities available to them, existingworking conditions, and the evaluation of employment levels using key indicators and international labor standards. Thestudy also analyzes the influence of gender equality, job security, social protection systems, and access to professionaldevelopment on economic performance. Drawing on recent reforms, statistical data, and international best practices, thearticle offers policy recommendations aimed at strengthening women’s economic participation
