Abstract: The thesis analyzes the use of Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) technologies in tourismdevelopment, focusing on Uzbekistan’s potential. It discusses how immersive technologies enhance marketing, visitorengagement, and sustainability. Despite infrastructural and professional challenges, Uzbekistan’s cultural heritage anddigital strategy create favorable conditions for VR/AR implementation.
