Abstract:
This article examines optimization models used to assess the economic potential of enterprises. Particularattention is given to maintaining a rational balance between the production volumes of different product groups, theefficiency of finished product sales, and the level of finished goods inventories. The study analyzes how optimizationapproaches can support more effective management decisions and improve overall enterprise performance
