Abstract:
This article provides a comprehensive analysis of the role and importance of outsourcing in the modern economy.In particular, special attention is given to the role of outsourcing in optimizing enterprise activities, reducing costs, andenhancing competitiveness in the context of globalization and the development of the digital economy. The study examinesthe theoretical foundations of outsourcing, its types, and its practical applications. It also analyzes opportunities for therational use of resources, improvement of management efficiency, and support of innovative development through theeffective use of outsourcing.The article substantiates outsourcing as a strategic management tool for enterprises. At the same time, it highlights therisks associated with its implementation, including data security issues and dependence on external organizations. Basedon these considerations, scientific and practical recommendations for the effective organization of outsourcing have beendeveloped.
