Abstract:
The integration of trade marketing and e-commerce has become increasingly important as businesses striveto create seamless customer experiences across both online and offline sales channels. This article explores strategiesfor aligning these two domains, emphasizing the importance of a comprehensive approach that leverages the strengthsof each channel. The study examines the challenges and opportunities associated with omnichannel marketing, focusingon how businesses can use data-driven insights to optimize product placement, promotional activities, and customerengagement.The role of digital tools in enhancing traditional trade marketing practices, such as in-store promotions and merchandising,is also discussed, along with the growing influence of e-commerce on consumer behavior. By integrating online andoffline sales efforts, businesses can strengthen customer loyalty, increase sales performance, and maintain a competitiveadvantage in a rapidly evolving market environment
