Using a mixed-methods approach, theresearch analyzes forty enterprises operating in the manufacturing, retail, and logistics sectors during the period from2019 to 2024.The findings demonstrate that digitalization strengthens customer trust, reduces carbon emissions, and supports ecofriendlyproduct innovation. The study concludes that the integration of digitalization and sustainability represents not onlya technological advancement but also a strategic necessity for enterprises seeking long-term customer loyalty and globalcompetitiveness.
