QURILISHDA KICHIK VA YIRIK BIZNES SUBYEKTLARI INTEGRATSIYASINING SINERGETIK SAMARADORLIGINI BAHOLASH VA PROGNOZLASHTIRISH

Abstract:
Maqolada qurilish sohasida kichik va yirik biznes subyektlari integratsiyasining sinergetiksamaradorligini baholashning nazariy-metodologik asoslari tadqiq etilgan. Muallif tomonidan integratsiyasinergetik samarasini iqtisodiy, resurs, vaqt, risk va strategik bloklar kesimida kompleks baholovchi ISI(Integration Synergy Index) integral indeksi hamda uning iqtisodiy talqinini ta’minlovchi interpretatsiyashkalasi taklif etilgan. Logit-regression tahlil, elastiklik koeffitsiyentlari, ARIMA va ARMAX modellari yordamidaintegratsiyaning qurilish ishlari hajmi va mehnat unumdorligiga ta’siri baholangan hamda 2030-yilgacha bo‘lganprognoz qiymatlari ishlab chiqilgan. Olingan natijalar integratsiya darajasini oshirish qurilish sohasida kichikbiznes rivojlanish ehtimolini 36 foizga, integratsiyaning umumiy iqtisodiy samaradorlikka ta’sirini esa 32 foizgaoshirishini ko‘rsatdi.
