MANAGING HUMAN CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT IN ENTERPRISES IN THE DIGITAL ECONOMY

Abstract: The article analyzes the management of human capital development in enterprises under theconditions of the digital economy. Human capital is interpreted as a strategic resource that includes professionalknowledge, digital skills, creativity, adaptability, learning capacity, communication culture, and the ability towork with data and technology. The article argues that digital transformation changes not only productiontools but also the structure of work, qualification requirements, corporate learning systems, and personnelmanagement models. Effective human capital development requires systematic diagnosis of skills, continuoustraining, digital literacy, leadership support, data-based human resource management, and alignment betweenenterprise strategy and employee development.
