Abstract:
In article the basic problems of small and medium enterprises. The analysis of the experience of regions of Russia to establish mechanisms to support and development of small and medium-sized businesses: microfinance; provision of guarantees Guaranteeing funds; grants to budding entrepreneurs, etc. Studied measures of the State support of small and medium-sized enterprises in Russia and abroad. the estimation of opportunities of development of small and medium-sized businesses in Russia with foreign experience.
