Financial Participation Programs in Polish Public Companies

Abstract: The major purpose of this article is to analyze the most important financial participation programs in Poland in order to increase the knowledge on the subject and to show the occurring relations between the programs applied and the socioeconomic results of enterprises. Efforts have been made to systematize the forms of participation presented here although due to their multitude, sometimes lack of clear dividing criteria and their different interpretation, the results appear not to be fully satisfactory. Nevertheless, because of the shortage of the literature concerning the financial participation’s issues, this article attempts to fill in the gap to some extent and aims to increase interest in the above solutions. Additionally, it has also helped to separate some crucial characteristic features of the applied forms of financial participation.
