Abstract:
The paper provides a discussion on student feedback provided by teachers in higher education institutions. The research is based on a case study method comprising online survey and focus groups organized among teachers as well as students. In the research, some critical characteristics of good feedback are discussed and analyzed as well as suggestions for improvements of teaching are provided.
