Abstract:
Leadership for learning is identified as one of successful practices that increase the influence that headteachers have on learning and student achievement. On the other hand, the connection between leadership for learning and the characteristics of instructional practice is not yet researched deeply. The presentation will be an attempt to give insight into correlation between leadership for learning and characteristics of instructional practise in a sample of Slovenian elementary schools.
